Privacy notice

What we process and why

Public contributions: display name, comment, self-reported experience, optional rating, timestamps and moderation status. Publication is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)); the required checkbox confirms public display. Use a pseudonym and do not disclose private information about yourself or others.

Security and abuse prevention: a salted network identifier derived from the requesting IP, request timing and limited technical information. This supports our legitimate interests in protecting the service, limiting spam and reviewing abuse (Article 6(1)(f)). The comment database does not store raw IP addresses; hosting and security providers process network data to deliver and protect the site.

Notices and rights requests: the URL or comment identifier, explanation, optional supporting links, name and reply email you submit. We use these to examine the notice and communicate the outcome, relying on legitimate interests and, where applicable, legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). These details are not published.

Retention and deletion

Public comments remain while the discussion is available and you permit publication. After 24 months they are removed from the active comment database. Your removal action deletes the comment record and its spam and removal identifiers from that database, rather than merely hiding it. The deletion may take a short period to propagate to existing browser caches.

Spam identifiers attached to retained comments are cleared after 30 days. Content notices, their private contact details and moderation records are retained for up to 12 months after submission, unless a documented legal dispute or legal requirement justifies longer retention. Closed records are subject to the same limit. Removed comments retained solely for a justified legal review are hidden and normally erased after 30 days; a documented legal preservation instruction can extend that period.

Hosting providers may retain separate security logs and recovery backups under their service terms. Active deletion does not instantly erase every recovery copy. Recovery copies are not used for ordinary public display. Requests concerning provider copies are assessed separately; contact the operator for help.

Service providers and international processing

The site is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, including a Cloudflare D1 database and security services. They may process technical and stored data to operate the service. Processing can occur outside the EEA. Their published policies explain international processing and transfer mechanisms. OpenAI EEA privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy. Ask the operator for information about the applicable safeguards. We do not promise EU-only storage.

Fonts are served by this website. Embedded YouTube reviews connect to Google only after you actively load an individual video; see the video and storage information. External source and retailer links open other services with their own privacy notices; we do not control their subsequent processing.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, withdraw publication consent, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact straizys@gmail.com. If you have lost the browser removal token, provide the comment URL and enough information for us to verify your request proportionately. We do not request identity documents by default. We respond within one month, subject to the GDPR rules on complex requests.

You may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate or your competent supervisory authority.

Children and sensitive information

Do not post private contact details, medical records, identifiable health information about another person or other sensitive personal information. Reading is open to visitors; public contributions are limited to people who declare they are at least 16. The service is not directed at children. If a child’s data or sensitive information has been posted, contact us for review.

Browser storage

See our cookies and browser storage notice. We do not use advertising or audience-measurement scripts in the application. We do not use comment data for personalised advertising or train our own AI model on it.
