SmartWearGuide’s order is an editorial judgment from linked specifications and published testing. We have not performed house hands-on tests. We prioritise a useful daily job, fit, compatibility, complete cost, software support and the strength of the evidence. Category-specific criteria appear on each list. Lower-confidence and specialist selections are labelled; a higher rank cannot guarantee a better fit for you.
Only released, unrecalled models enter the current-product lists. Best Upcoming is a separate watch priority based on plans and early evidence. A released product is not necessarily in stock in your country. No brand pays for a place in these lists.
History begins with the first edition published here. Each substantive revision appends a dated edition and reason; past editions are preserved.
